Engineers work closely with customers to replace manual processes and build software for complex, real-world operations.

About the Role

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will own complex product features from customer discovery through production. You will work directly with product and engineering colleagues on quoting, scheduling, and dispatch workflows, making technical decisions and shipping across the stack.

What You Will Do

Work with customers and product partners to understand the business problem, clarify requirements, and define a useful solution.

Design and build frontend experiences with React and Next.js alongside backend services, APIs, and SQL data models using Node.js.

Take substantial features from discovery and architecture through implementation, release, and iteration.

Ask questions, learn unfamiliar domains, and surface problems early rather than waiting for detailed tickets.

Balance speed with code quality, reliability, and maintainable architecture.

What We Are Looking For

8 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend.

Strong recent experience building and shipping products in startup environments.

Ability to translate customer problems into product and engineering decisions across both frontend and backend.

Clear communication with customers and peers, curiosity about business context, and the ability to drive work independently.

Practical experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and SQL.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

What We're Looking For

B2B SaaS product experience. Engineers with strong consumer-product experience and transferable product judgment are also welcome.

Experience integrating AI features into production workflows and using modern development tools effectively.

Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD.
