• Continuing promotional email to recipients who have requested that communications stop.

• Use of compromised accounts, unauthorized mail servers, deceptive redirects, or other techniques intended to evade spam filters or sender identification systems.

Legitimate business communications must accurately identify Crosscheck Staffing or the individual sender. Requests to stop receiving further promotional communications must be honored.

Crosscheck Staffing investigates complaints concerning inappropriate email associated with its domain and may suspend or terminate the sending privileges of employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, or service providers that violate this policy.
