Define the work first
A title is not a search plan. Crosscheck starts with outcomes, technical context, constraints, and the evidence a candidate must show.
About Crosscheck
Crosscheck combines senior search leadership, specialist recruiting support, and TalentCube decision summaries to help companies hire across AI, software, enterprise applications, data, cloud, and security.

Founder
Bennett has more than 10 years of experience across technical recruiting, recruiting operations, management, and talent acquisition. His work in ERP and technical staffing shaped Crosscheck's emphasis on better intake, role-specific screening, and accountable search leadership.
He founded Crosscheck to give clients experienced search leadership without limiting each engagement to one recruiter's network. Specialist recruiters support the work, and TalentCube keeps the brief and candidate evidence visible throughout the search.
Outside of work, Bennett is a husband and father. You will usually find him with his family, on the ice, at a concert, or on a golf course.
How your search is staffed
Clients have a clear search lead and access to a team built around the assignment. That keeps accountability high without presenting Crosscheck as a one-person operation.
A senior recruiter owns the intake, search plan, client communication, and decision process.
Recruiters join the search based on the platform, role, location, and hiring model in the brief.
TalentCube organizes alignment, relevant work, gaps, and interview focus for recruiter review.
Crosscheck coordinates placement details, contractor onboarding and payroll communication, and applicable replacement support.
Operating principles
A title is not a search plan. Crosscheck starts with outcomes, technical context, constraints, and the evidence a candidate must show.
Candidate presentations explain why the experience matters, where the evidence is thin, and what the interview should confirm.
TalentCube supports comparison and documentation. Recruiters remain accountable for screening and every introduction.
Send the role, required outcomes, compensation, location, and constraints. The team will review the brief and tell you where Crosscheck can help.
Editorial accountability
Bennett Heimple founded Crosscheck Staffing and reviews the site's technical recruiting guidance. His work spans ERP, AI/ML, data, security, and enterprise systems searches across contract and permanent hiring. The review standard asks whether a page defines the role, separates verified evidence from planning guidance, qualifies service terms, and gives a hiring manager a useful screening decision. Crosscheck links role and market pages to Bennett's biography and first-party case studies so readers can see who stands behind the advice. The case studies document two staff-level engineering hires for a San Francisco AI startup and SAP SuccessFactors project staffing for a West Coast building-products company. Client names remain private, while the search constraints, timelines, and outcomes stay visible.
