About the Role

The Role

You will own the reliability, scalability, and security of the company's core infrastructure. You will work closely with the founding engineering team to design and manage a high-availability cloud architecture that serves as the foundation for their identity solutions.

What You'll Do

Architect and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters.

Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and scale environment provisioning.

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, safe, and reliable code delivery.

Conduct capacity planning to ensure performance and cost-efficiency at scale.

Lead incident response efforts and implement observability tools to maintain high uptime.

What We're Looking For

Professional experience with Go for systems programming or infrastructure automation.

Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes in a production environment.

Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and networking.

Extensive experience building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines.

Demonstrated history of designing and maintaining high-availability distributed systems.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).

Familiarity with security-first engineering practices in an enterprise context is a plus.
